Terry Stanard holds a Ph.D. in Human Factors and conducts research on human performance in workplace environments. His passion is uncovering spiritual truths found in the Bible and connecting people with God. He lives with his wife Jerri and their two children in Dayton, Ohio.

Jän Paul Ostendorf is an owner of a design studio called Catalyst Creative Partnership. His passion is teaching and equipping others to follow Jesus and share their faith within the vehicle of simple/organic churches. He lives in Fairborn, Ohio, with his wife Sonja and their two children.
